THE NEW AL GHUBAIBA BUS STATION COVERS OVER 2,452 SQUARE METER SPACE
Scientechnic is a member of the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, one of the region’s top 5 Emirati family-owned businesses. The Lighting division was established in 1974 and has grown to become one of the leading complete lighting solution providers in the region. In collaboration with Bin Laden Contracting, Scientechnic Lighting Solutions implemented the high-tech Lutron Homeworks System at the recently opened Al Ghubaiba Bus Station.
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai inaugurated the bus station, covering a 2,452 square meter space including offices, retail and restaurants and has the capacity to facilitate 15,000 passengers a day. It has 50 slots for buses, 48 slots for vehicles, and a stand for 34 taxis and 60 bicycle docking stations.

This state of the art lighting control system provides best in class dimming technology and seamless aesthetics that are in par with the vision and look and feel of the city of Dubai. “One of the most important developments of a modern city is its transport infrastructure.
