Drone Dubai: The city’s architecture like you’ve never seen it before
A Dubai photographer has used a drone to capture the city's iconic architecture from stunning new angles.
Bachir Moukarzel's incredible images show Dubai's most famous buildings - as well as its breathtaking skyline
- from above, presenting them in a whole different light.
The "hobbyist photographer" and videographer has used his handheld aircraft to shoot the likes of the Burj al Arab,
Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, offering fresh perspectives on the internationally renowned landmarks.
His camera has also captured the Jumeirah Emirates Towers, hotels and offices including the Al Rostamani Maze
Building, and the Dubai Miracle Garden's Emirates A380 aeroplane, which is made entirely out of flowers.
Bachir's images have already earned him global acclaim. Earlier this year, his drone shot of Dubai Marina won him
the Urban Category award in National Geographic's 2017 International Drone Photography Contest.
Bachir was kind enough to share with us some of his favourite images.
