The INDEX Design Talks now in its 4th year will once again bring together a series of seminar sessions in which everyone present can actively participate. The Design Talks are free to attend and is a place where our delegates are given instruction on a variety of subjects by experts in that field.

Show Feature: INDEX Student Challenge
The Student Challenge that will take place at INDEX 2011 is an opportunity for the region’s best design students to show off their outstanding design talent. Coming from a host of the region’s leading universities, the students will not only showcase their ideas and display their creative pieces, but will also work together to complete a design brief each day live on the show floor. Show visitors are encouraged to join the students and experience the creative process.

INDEX 2011 is delighted to be hosting the 3rd annual Contemporary Majlis Competition at this year’s event!
INDEX will once again appoint 6 leading Middle East designers who will be tasked with designing a majlis space at this year’s event, showcasing their vision of this important and traditional Arabic space and giving it a contemporary twist.
