Public Open Day

Non-trade professionals will have the opportunity to visit INDEX on:

 Saturday 22nd October
 From 11:00 till 19:00.
 Public Admission Fee: AED 100 per person

PLEASE NOTE: NO PUBLIC WILL BE PERMITTED TO VISIT INDEX ON ANY OTHER DAY OF THE SHOW.

Industry Professionals and Trade Visitors are permitted to attend INDEX on any of the 4 open days of the show, upon completing a visitor registration form and presenting a relevant business card on arrival.
 

INDEX is a business event and under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be admitted to the exhibition.
The Dubai World Trade Centre DO NOT provide creche facilities and we advise you make appropriate plans when visiting INDEX.

Every year a large number of items are sold by exhibitors during the exhibition. We do not allow the removal of purchased goods during the open period of the show, with the exception of small hand-carriable goods.

In an effort to decrease the traffic congestion due to the collection of sold items during INDEX, we are providing exhibitors with a Domestic Transport Service.

Visitors / Customers are NOT permitted to handle cargo or arrange for local transportation for collection at the exhibition. Delivery services can ONLY be organised by DB Schenker or directly with the exhibitor.
