The Exhibitor Manual is available to exhibitors from the Exhibitor Zone on this website. You will receive a username and a password from us that will enable you to log into the Exhibitor Zone and to fill out all relevant forms for your participation.
 

We will email you everything you need to know about the build-up and break-down of your exhibition stand. Additionally the build-up & break-down timetable will be made available on this website and in the Exhibitor Manual closer to the show date.
 

The Exhibitor List is automatically generated from the information entered into the 'Listing Information Form' in the Exhibitor Zone. Therefore please ensure that you complete this form when logging into the Exhibitor Zone for the first time, as otherwise your company will not appear on the Online Exhibitor List.
 

Exhibitors can opt to have an Enhanced Online Profile listing for their company (Platinum $250 or Diamond $450). The enhanced listing is available to all exhibitors and will make sure your company stands out on the Online Exhibitor List. The Enhanced Online Profile can be ordered through the Exhibitor Zone or by contacting us.

Please complete the Exhibitor Name Badge Form in the Exhibitor Manual within the deadline given. For a speedy registration we will pre-print your badges for you/your staff as outlined by you and you can collect them from the first day of build-up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk in front of Hall 3 in the Dubai World Trade Centre.

In case you need to amend or print additional exhibitor badges, you can submit your changes/additions within the deadline given on the form. If the deadline is passed, any additional badges or amends will be dealt with quickly by our registration staff when you arrive on site for build-up.
