How do I access the Exhibitor Manual?
The Exhibitor Manual will be available to exhibitors from the Exhibitor Zone on this website (coming soon). You will receive a username and a password from us that will enable you to log into the Exhibitor Zone and to fill out all relevant forms.
When can exhibitors access the venue?
We will publish and email you everything you need to know about the build-up and breakdown of your exhibition stand. Additionally the build-up & breakdown timetable will be made available on this website and in the Exhibitor Manual closer to the show date.
How do I make sure my company appears on the Exhibitor List?
The Exhibitor List is automatically generated from the information entered into the Exhibitor Online Profile Form in the Exhibitor Zone. Therefore please ensure that you complete this form, as otherwise your company will not appear on the Exhibitor List.
Why doesn’t my company have a logo on the Exhibitor List?
A logo and additional information appear for exhibitors who opted to have an enhanced Online Profile listing, which is available to all exhibitors for USD$350. The Enhanced Online Profile Form is part of the Exhibitor Manual.
How do I find out about Marketing opportunities available to me?
Please download the Exhibitor Marketing Guide to find out about free Marketing Opportunities available to you. Additionally we provide a range of Sponsorship Opportunities for small to large budgets. Last but not least, you can also benefit from various Advertisement Opportunities eg. on our website, in the show catalogue or with our Official Media Partner ‘Gulf Interiors’ magazine. Please contact us to discuss your options.

How do I get my exhibitor badges?
Please complete the Exhibitor Name Badge Form within the deadline given (this form is part of the Exhibitor Manual). For a speedy registration we will pre-print your badges for you/your staff as outlined by you and you can collect them from the first day of build-up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk in the World Trade Centre.
In case you need to amend or to print additional badges, you can submit your changes/additions within the deadline given on the form. If the deadline is passed, any additional badges or amends will be dealt with by our registration staff when you arrive on site.
