Competition designs showcase the future of the traditional Arabic space
DUBAI, UAE, October 22, 2011: The winner of the third annual Contemporary Majlis Competition was announced today at INDEX, the Middle East and North Africa’s largest and longest established Interiors and Design Exhibition. Al-Said’s design was chosen for covering all elements of a contemporary Majlis by incorporating great use of textiles, furnishings and lighting.
Sinmar Al-Said of Internal Line Interior Design said, “The entries have been fantastic and have raised the bar for the Contemporary Majlis Competition. We all brought our best to the competition and I am sure it was a really tough decision for the judges to choose a single winner.
